Superdeal calls to Iraq "from the mentioned site" will cost like 7ppm as it is written in their site
but unfortunately,me and my friend tried to use it and it cost an average of 15 ppm (or 12 ppm if you buy credit online not by messaging) because you have to buy euros to top up your number ; they sell euros in a price which is more expensive than the pound (4.3 euros by 5 pounds!)
Anyway, Thank you for the information because you turned my mind over to use VOIP service for contacting my friends in UK
I might use it to call Iraq as well, but it will cost a minimum of 12 ppm which is still good

I just wanted to add one more thing, the 5 euros's cent which you have mentioned is without VAT taxes, it is written in the next column that the rate gonna be 6 euros's cent if the VAT will included
if we take in our consideration that they sell us euros in a rate of 4.3 to 5 pounds then it gonna be 7ppm theoretically!

Anyway, I agree with you that this is the best offer I have seen for calling to Iraq, Thanks again

Thanks for your reply. I am afraid I do not agree with you regarding the changing rate from euro to pound. 4.5 euro will be equal to 3.5 pounds i.e. the pound has a higher exchange rate than euro. Simply, if you buy 10 euro credit through voipwise.com web site, it will charge you 2.5 euro as VAT so the total will be 12.5 euro which is equal to 10.5 pounds and this will give you about 200 minutes (real minutes ,not like the international cards which give you false impression about the real minutes that are given)
As a conclusion, this will cost you about 5 pence per minutes.. To assure you, I have checked my credit card account online and they have charged me only 10.50

Dear maths

I think you have been charged one pound extra for overseas transection because you are using the debit card not the credit card. I am using my credit card for payment and I havnt been charged for overseas transection
